Capilla is a tiny Spanish tapas bar at the other end of the bay, in Scrabster. Great food, ( great sangria ! ) and a great atmosphere- Make sure to pre order the paella when you book.

On 1 Grove Lane you'll find the best coffees and matchas in the North!Situated in a quirky old building that used to be the Tall Tales Bookshop. A variety of teas, cold drinks and incredible homemade baking is also on offer! Open 10am-6pm Friday to Monday

Discover the Grain Store at Stannergill Whisky, set in a beautifully restored building located next to the South end of Dunnet beach. Their talented head chef combines the best of local and seasonal produce to create delicious dishes.

The Northern sands hotel is situated just up the road from Dunnet beach (where we run our surf lessons) and offer a variety of menus that are available throughout the day, all year round, using an extensive list of local produce.  An ideal stop off if you are on the North Coast 500.

The Holborn offers a bar menu or restaurant menu. In the 'The Red Pepper' restaurant they serve a variety of freshly cooked dishes to appeal to the most delicate and rich of palettes, in their subtly lit and stylish relaxed surroundings. Across their a la carte menu they aim to source as much of our ingredients from local sources as possible.
The Bar menu also offers a great range of high quality food and drink!

In the village of Bettyhill is the Store cafe. In this quirky room with a lovely log burner, you can get a selection of fresh sandwiches, baking, soup and pies! It's our favorite cafe & definitely worth the stop:)

The Captains Galley is one of the worlds leading seafood restaurants! Focused on serving seasonal, sustainable and creative seafood dishes, they've picked up more than a few awards along the way.

Haven is a specialised coffee shop in Thurso, using ethically sourced coffee beans. They also offer a light brunch menu, catering for restricted diets. As they are connected to a health and well-being shop they share an ethos on fresh and healthy ingrediants.
